Tips to ensure a GREAT cleaning experience...

We are sure that we can help fill your needs. We look forward to being of service to you and working with you.

We offer a unique service to you in that with our new Flex Pay options we are completely personalized. Because all of our clients needs' are different we can customize our services to suit you. We have provided countless housekeeping services so perhaps some of our experiences and tips may be of help to you.

We encourage you to be there to meet your housekeeper for the first visit at least long enough to show them your home room by room. You should point out any special areas of concern.

It helps greatly for you to make a list of your priorities (these may vary from visit to visit) and leave them on the kitchen counter. This list can then be used by a substitute in the event your regular person is ill.

Remember, your housekeeper is there for you and will do just about anything they can to help you -just ask.

EXAMPLE OF YOUR PRIORITIES

KitchenBathroom(s)

- Clean counter tops- Sweep and mop floor
- Wipe cabinets- Clean mirrors - Wipe outside of appliances
- Sweep and mop floor- Change towels

Bedroom(s)Other Areas

- Change sheets/ Make bed- Clean television screens

Be Specific

Your housekeeper can also do many extras for you.

EXAMPLES
1. Put on a roast
2. Polish silver, brass and/or copper.
3. Prepare tables for a party.
4. Clean out & organize closets.
5. Wash laundry (all items should be presorted and pockets checked).

If you can't be there that first time, you may call mid-morning to check to see that your housekeeper has found everything that she needs and that all is well and of course leave your detailed priority list (by room if possible).

If you have not had a housekeeper in your home for some time or your home is larger than 2,000 sq. ft., you may want to discuss this when booking your appointment to arrange for more hours.

After the initial first visit, you can make arrangements concerning the key.
We encourage you to leave a key with the team supervisor. They will turn it in to the office at the end of each assignment. Keys are kept in a secure lock safe with only a number to determine the property they are assoiciated with. No names or addresses are used and our key system is completely secure. This will ensure that your housekeeper can access your property only when you need them to.

Communication is key to a great cleaning experience. Let us hear from you and we will sincerely try to meet and exceed your needs. If you are happy , tell a friend!

If you feel uncomfortable for any reason, please call the office. We can either change the housekeeper or provide additional coaching to help. The housekeeper is there to work for you ... we want you to be extremely satisfied. But also remember that although our maids are professionally trained to the highest industry standards they are not "miracle-workers". Each maid takes pride in the masterpiece they create in a beautifully cleaned home. They do try to do their best.

Please be sure to leave cash or check (made payable to Sgt. Clean, LLC). The housekeeper will give you a receipt for the payment. You may also call the office and pay with a Credit Card over the phone prior to your visit.

The housekeeper will arrive with all of the tools necessary to clean your home except for consumables such as trash bags, toilet paper, etc. Please have these items available.

The housekeeper should also be made aware of any previous appointments regarding delivery men, pool maintenance, etc. They are not to let anyone into your home without prior written instructions from you.

Pets should be introduced on the first visit. Any unfriendly dogs should be kept outside or in a seperate room. For health and safety, housekeepers are unable to clean up after pets.

If applicable, the alarm system should be explained to your housekeeper.

The housekeepers sign a contract when working with Sgt. Clean, LLC. Please do not let them work on the side, as we do have to legally enforce this contract.

If there is any "heavy-type" work to be done (windows, washing walls, etc.), please notify the office and we can book a separate appointment for that work.

We hope we have answered many of your questions with this brief guide. Should you have any other questions not answered here please do not hesitate to call the office at 407.953.7369. Email us or use the live chat feature. We are here for you and glad to help.
