Maid Service Packages

Sgt. Clean offers three levels of maid service you can choose from. However, don't feel restricted in any way. All service packages are fully customizable so you can choose just what you need - when you need it.

In addition, all of our rates are fully disclosed. You see the same formula that we use to calculate your rate right online! Only in very unique circumstances are these rates ever adjusted.

Why do we disclose rates?

Because where you live and whether or not you look like you "have money" should never have anything to do with how much you are charged. A cleaning is a cleaning! We believe in charging a fair price for the work we do and nothing more.

What's the big secret? Why the in-home visit before I get the price?

Many cleaners want to evaluate the situation. See if they can up the rate. Then use high pressure sales tactics to seal the deal. Not Sgt. Clean. We are serious about clean and serious about honesty and respect. We want all of our prospective clients to review our offerings and rates in the privacy of their own home. When that decision is made - you call us! That is how we do business.

Square Footage of Home / Sq. Ft. Average Productivity Rate for the Service Level Chosen = Estimated Time to Clean Home

Estimated Time to Clean Home x Frequency Rate = Estimated Rate for Each Cleaning

Go ahead and do the calculations. Use them as you shop around to make comparisons. But please remember, Sgt. Clean, LLC may not be the cheapest cleaning service but we believe we are the best!
